Rules

These rules keep Poke RPG fair and friendly for everyone. By playing you agree to them. They apply everywhere in the game — chat, trades, profiles, guilds and teams. Staff may act on behaviour that breaks the spirit of the rules, even if it isn't written here word for word.

1. Respect & community6 rules

Poke RPG is for everyone. Disagreeing is fine; making someone feel unwelcome is not.

  1. 1.1
Be respectful to every player and staff member — no insults, harassment, bullying or threats.
  2. 1.2
No hate speech or discrimination of any kind. This includes jokes and "just kidding" about someone's race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality.
  3. 1.3
No sexual, violent or otherwise adult content anywhere in the game — keep it suitable for all ages.
  4. 1.4
Don't share anyone's personal information.Real names, addresses, photos, social media or anything else private — yours included. Protect yourself.
  5. 1.5
Don't pretend to be staff or another player.
  6. 1.6
Usernames, nicknames for Pokémon, guild names and profile text follow these rules too.

2. Chat6 rules

Global chat is everyone's living room — keep it readable and friendly.

  1. 2.1
No spam.Repeating messages, walls of text, emoji floods, or typing in ALL CAPS to get attention.
  2. 2.2
No advertising other games, websites, Discord servers or services.
  3. 2.3
English in Global chat, so everyone can follow along.Other languages are welcome in private messages, team chat and guild chat.
  4. 2.4
Don't start or feed drama. If something bothers you, contact a staff member instead of arguing in public.
  5. 2.5
Don't discuss a mute, ban or other staff decision in public chat — ask the staff member privately.
  6. 2.6
Team chat, guild chat and private messages follow the same rules as Global chat.

3. Fair play5 rules

Everyone should earn their Pokémon the same way.

  1. 3.1
No cheats, hacks, bots, auto-clickers, macros or scripts.Anything that plays for you or gives you an advantage other players don't have.
  2. 3.2
Found a bug? Report it — don't use it.Report it to staff or in the Feedback board. Pokémon, Yen or items gained through bugs can be removed, and abusing bugs on purpose can get you banned.
  3. 3.3
One account per person. No second accounts to farm, gift Yen to yourself, trade with yourself or vote twice. Sharing a home or computer with another player? Let a staff member know, so you aren't mistaken for alts.
  4. 3.4
Don't share your account or play on someone else's.
  5. 3.5
No arranged wins: don't throw battles or fix Arena, Battle Frontier or Nation War results with others.

4. Trading & economy5 rules

Trades and gifts are built on trust — keep it that way.

  1. 4.1
No real-money trading.Never buy, sell or offer Pokémon, Yen, items or accounts for real money, gift cards or anything outside the game.
  2. 4.2
No scamming: describe trades honestly and stick to what you agreed.
  3. 4.3
Trades are final.Staff can't reverse a trade you agreed to, so check carefully before you accept.
  4. 4.4
Don't pressure, beg or spam others for Pokémon, Yen or gifts.
  5. 4.5
Private Server (Sandbox) Pokémon and Yen stay on the Private Server — trying to move them into the main game is cheating.

5. Teams, guilds & events3 rules

Competition is part of the fun — keep it a game.

  1. 5.1
Rivalry between teams is welcome; harassing players for the team they chose is not.
  2. 5.2
Guild leaders: be fair to your members and don't kick people to take their contributions.
  3. 5.3
Don't join a team, guild or event only to sabotage it.

6. Staff & your account4 rules

Staff are volunteers who keep the game running — help them help you.

  1. 6.1
Staff will NEVER ask for your password.Anyone who does is not staff. Report them.
  2. 6.2
Follow reasonable instructions from staff. If you disagree, talk to them privately or contact the owner.
  3. 6.3
Don't try to get around a mute or ban, for example with another account.
  4. 6.4
You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, so keep your password safe and consider turning on two-factor login in Settings.

What happens when a rule is broken

1. ReminderA friendly word about the rule.
2. WarningA formal warning that's noted on your account.
3. MuteYou can't use chat for a while (minutes to days).
4. Temporary banNo access to the game for a set time.
5. Permanent banYour account (and sometimes your network) is closed for good.

Usually it goes step by step, but serious cases can skip straight to a ban — for example cheating, real-money trading, threats, hate speech, or getting around an earlier ban. Pokémon, Yen or items gained by breaking the rules can be removed. Every staff action is logged and checked.
